PART ONE: Membership FAQs

For Married Christian Businessmen with Children Considering Membership

About Breakthru Preneurs

Q1

What exactly is BreakthruPreneurs (BP)?

BreakthruPreneurs is a Christ-centered brotherhood specifically designed for Married Christian Businessmen with Children (MCBC). We're not another networking group with a prayer tacked on. We're a weekly accountability mastermind built on the Five Pillars framework, helping men build thriving businesses without sacrificing their health, families, or faith. Founded by Lorenzo Zesati in January 2025, we exist because there's a gap in the Kingdom: men who want business success AND family presence, guided by biblical principles rather than hustle culture.

Q2

What makes BP different from other masterminds?

Several things set us apart. First, we meet weekly (not monthly), which creates real accountability that catches struggles before they become crises. Second, we're exclusively for MCBC who share our faith and values. Third, we reject hustle culture and teach a "distributed lifestyle" where God comes first, health second, family third, and business fourth. Fourth, our Five Pillars framework addresses your whole life, not just revenue. Fifth, we cap membership at 50 per chapter to preserve depth and intimacy. Finally, we include a Mentees Program so members can invest in the next generation. We're not trying to be the biggest; we're committed to being the deepest.

Q3

What is the "distributed lifestyle" you keep mentioning?

The distributed lifestyle is our alternative to both "hustle culture" and "work-life balance." Hustle culture says sacrifice everything for business success. Work-life balance suggests work and life are opposing forces. Distributed lifestyle means integrating God, health, family, and business in ways that honor your highest values. We design life so business supports our priorities rather than competing with them. God at the center. Health as priority. Family as non-negotiable. Business as ministry. Community as essential. Generosity as lifestyle. Legacy as motivation.

Q4

What are the Five Pillars?

The Five Pillars are our comprehensive framework for thriving. P1 ROOTED covers God first, health second, and immediate family third. P2 BUILD focuses on sustainable business and financial growth done in a godly manner. P3 CONNECT addresses your extended family, friends, and professional relationships with a "Be Like Jesus" approach. P4 GROW emphasizes lifelong learning and personal development. P5 GIVE centers on generous serving and impactful giving (including the Mentees Program). Every weekly meeting rotates through these pillars, ensuring holistic growth across all life dimensions.

Membership Requirements

Q5

Who qualifies for membership?

You must be a Married Christian Businessman with Children (MCBC). Specifically: currently married (between one man and one woman), a follower of Jesus Christ, actively running a business or entrepreneurial venture, and have children (of any age). We also look for men with established businesses in the $100K to $2M annual revenue range, though we're more focused on your heart than your numbers. You must agree with our Statement of Faith and be willing to commit to weekly meetings and accountability.

Q6

I'm not married yet (or divorced/widowed). Can I still join?

We specifically designed BreakthruPreneurs for married men with children because of our unique calling and the specific challenges we address. If you don't fit this profile currently, we encourage you to explore other communities aligned with your season of life. However, if you're between 16 and 25, our Mentees Program might be perfect for you. Many men who don't qualify today will qualify later as their life circumstances change. We're building something for the long term.

Q7

What if my business is smaller than $100K or larger than $2M?

The $100K to $2M range is a guideline, not a hard boundary. What matters more is your heart, your commitment to growth, and your alignment with our values. If you're a serious entrepreneur genuinely seeking community and accountability, we want to talk with you. The application and interview process helps us assess mutual fit beyond the numbers. Some of our best members started below the range and grew because of the community. Some larger business owners join because they value the intimacy and accountability.

Q8

Is there a Statement of Faith I need to agree with?

Yes. BreakthruPreneurs is built on historic Christian orthodoxy. We believe in the Trinity, the authority of Scripture, salvation through Jesus Christ alone, the reality of heaven and hell, and the importance of living out our faith in every area of life. Our Statement of Faith is available on our website and is part of the application. We don't require agreement on secondary theological issues, but we require alignment on the essentials of the Christian faith. This ensures every member shares foundational beliefs and values.

Investment and Pricing

Q9

How much does membership cost?

Current Phase 1 pricing (January 2025 through December 2026) is $250 per month or $2,700 per year (a 10% discount). This includes everything: weekly meetings, quarterly workshops, Skool community access, accountability partnerships, LZ.com products (Business Architecture Blueprint, Inventor's Toolkit, Mastering Online Privacy course, and journals), and participation in the Mentees Program. We steward every dollar with biblical excellence, investing in operations, workshops, speakers, events, outreach, and community impact.

Q10

Why is the price going up after 2026?

Phase 1 pricing exists to attract the right founding members while we prove extreme value. Once we've taken 50 members through a full year cycle and demonstrated measurable transformations in business growth, family health, spiritual depth, and community impact, Phase 2 pricing will be $1,000 to $2,000 per month. But here's the key: Founding Members keep their rate locked for life. If you join now at $250 per month, you'll pay that same rate even when new members pay $2,000 per month. This rewards early commitment and honors those building this movement with us.

Q11

Can I try before I commit financially?

Absolutely. Every prospective member is invited to attend TWO meetings completely free before making any financial commitment. These trial meetings let you meet our leadership and members, participate in a workshop or hot seat session, experience the Five Pillars in action, and ask questions about fit and expectations. If after two trial meetings you sense God calling you into this brotherhood, you'll complete the membership application and move forward. No pressure, no manipulation, just clarity.

Q12

What's the cancellation policy?

Monthly members can cancel with 30 days notice. We're not interested in keeping men who don't want to be here or who aren't a good fit. That said, transformation takes time. The men who commit for at least a year see the most significant results because struggles are worked through, relationships deepen, and accountability compounds. We encourage annual membership if you're serious about growth, but we understand monthly gives you flexibility if you're testing fit.

Meetings and Commitment

Q13

How often do you meet and for how long?

We meet every week for approximately two hours. Weekly frequency is essential because struggles caught weekly don't become crises, momentum builds with consistent participation, relationships deepen through regular face-to-face interaction, and action commitments are reviewed in 7 days (not 30). You can't fake growth or coast when you're showing up every week. This is the core differentiator from monthly masterminds where men can hide between meetings.

Q14

What happens during a typical meeting?

Each two-hour meeting follows a consistent structure: Opening (10 minutes) includes prayer, Scripture reading, and centering on God. Check-in (20 minutes) covers brief updates from each member on wins, struggles, and prayer requests. Teaching (30 minutes) delivers pillar-focused content, guest speaker, or member expertise. Hot Seat (30 minutes) gives one member focused coaching from the group on a specific challenge. Breakout/Discussion (20 minutes) allows small group conversation on applying the teaching. Action Commitments (5 minutes) has each member state one specific action before next week. Closing (5 minutes) includes prayer and encouragement.

Q15

What if I travel frequently or have schedule conflicts?

We understand business demands travel. Missing an occasional meeting due to travel or emergencies is expected. However, we encourage you to prioritize attendance because the value compounds with consistency. Some meetings may have hybrid options (in-person and virtual), and our Skool community keeps you connected even when you can't be physically present. That said, if your schedule prevents weekly commitment most weeks, this may not be the right season for membership. Weekly attendance is how accountability works.

Q16

Where do meetings take place?

Our Gilbert, Arizona chapter meets locally in Gilbert. The specific venue may vary as we grow, with plans for ThinkBody (Lorenzo's indoor baseball facility) to become our permanent home during morning hours once it launches. Meeting location details are shared with members and guests attending trial meetings. As we expand to other Arizona cities (Chandler, Mesa, Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix), each chapter will have its own local meeting location.

Benefits and Resources

Q17

What resources are included with membership?

Members receive full access to LZ.com products that would cost over $5,000 if purchased separately: the Business Architecture Blueprint (11-dimension business assessment and strategic planning), the Inventor's Toolkit (for members with product ideas), the Mastering Online Privacy course (28 years of cybersecurity expertise), and Five Pillars journals and planning tools. You also get 24/7 access to our Skool community with discussions, resources, member connections, and meeting recordings. Plus quarterly full-day workshops, speaker series, and family events throughout the year.

Q18

What are accountability partnerships?

Beyond weekly meetings, each member is paired with 1 to 2 other members for deeper accountability between meetings. These partnerships involve regular check-ins (calls, texts, or coffee meetings) where you share wins, struggles, and prayer requests. Your accountability partners know your goals, your challenges, and your action commitments. They follow up when you commit to something. They pray for you and your family. These relationships often become the most valuable part of membership because they go beyond the group setting into genuine friendship.

Q19

How does the Mentees Program work for members?

The Mentees Program fulfills P5 (Give) by allowing members to invest in young entrepreneurs ages 16 to 25. As a member, you can be matched with 1 to 2 mentees based on their interests and your expertise. You meet monthly to provide guidance, accountability, and wisdom. Mentees attend select BreakthruPreneurs events and workshops, and you model Christ-centered entrepreneurship for someone watching your example. This solidifies your own learning (teaching is the best way to master something), builds legacy beyond your business, and can include your own children. Many members say mentoring is the most fulfilling part of membership.

Application Process

Q20

How do I apply for membership?

The process starts with attending two free trial meetings to experience BreakthruPreneurs firsthand. After your trial meetings, if you sense God calling you into this brotherhood, you'll complete our membership application. The application covers marital and family information, faith and spiritual alignment, business information, Five Pillars alignment, and criminal background disclosure (we work with minors through the Mentees Program). After submitting, you'll have a 30 to 45 minute discovery call with Lorenzo or a leadership team member. If there's mutual alignment, you'll receive a welcome email with onboarding details.

Q21

Why do you require a vetting process?

The application and interview process protects the community and ensures mutual fit. We work with minors through the Mentees Program. Members bring families to events. Community is built on trust, transparency, and shared biblical values. Misrepresentation endangers everyone. The vetting process also ensures you're entering with clear expectations. Men who aren't ready for weekly accountability, who don't share our faith, or who prioritize business over family presence would struggle in this environment. Better to discover that before joining than after. This isn't a barrier; it's a filter.

Q22

What happens during the discovery call?

The 30 to 45 minute discovery call serves several purposes. We discuss your application responses and clarify questions. We assess readiness for weekly commitment and accountability. We explain expectations, culture, and how the Five Pillars work practically. You ask questions about logistics, members, and outcomes. We discern mutual fit together (this is as much your decision as ours). Many men arrive at this interview carrying frustration, overwhelm, or unprocessed struggles. We create space to vent, listen without judgment, and show you that you're not alone. Brotherhood starts in that conversation.

Family Considerations

Q23

Does my wife need to be involved?

While your wife isn't a member of the mastermind meetings (which are for MCBC), her buy-in matters tremendously. We encourage men to discuss membership with their wives before joining. The time commitment affects the family. The financial investment impacts the budget. The growth and transformation will change you (for the better, we believe). Spouses are invited to quarterly family events, service projects, and social gatherings where the whole family participates. Many wives report that their husband's involvement in BreakthruPreneurs has improved their marriage and family life.

Q24

Can my children participate?

Children ages 16 to 25 can participate in the Mentees Program. If you have kids in this age range, they can receive mentorship from BreakthruPreneurs members (potentially including you mentoring alongside others). This models generational blessing and gives your children access to the community. Younger children are welcome at family events and social gatherings. Eventually, when ThinkBody launches, the facility will provide space for member families to connect through sports and activities. We're building something multi-generational.

Q25

What if I'm not ready to commit right now?

That's okay. Timing matters. If you're in a season where weekly commitment isn't possible, or if you need to discuss with your wife, or if you're still exploring, we understand. You can download our Five Pillars Framework Guide, follow us on social media, attend a free trial meeting when you're ready, or join our email list for updates. When the timing is right, we'll be here. Just know that our Gilbert chapter is capped at 50 members, and once we reach capacity, the door closes and a waitlist forms. Founding member pricing is also time-limited. But don't let urgency override wisdom. Join when God leads, not when we pressure.

Still Have Questions?

We'd love to hear from you. Reach out to Lorenzo directly at [email protected], book a discovery call through BreakthruPreneurs.com, or connect on social media. No question is too small, no concern is too personal. We're building a brotherhood, and that starts with honest conversation.
