The honest limit

Twelve Seats Per Cohort

A cohort is twelve men. A chapter is four cohorts, forty-eight men, in one city. When a cohort fills, the next one forms around the men who live closest to each other. When a chapter fills, we open the next city rather than packing more men into a room. Twelve seats is the only limit we set, and it is a real one.
