5. Statement of Faith Agreement

BreakthruPreneurs is a Christ-centered community that operates according to biblical principles. All Members must read, affirm, and agree to our Statement of Faith, which includes but is not limited to the following core beliefs:

The Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God and the final authority for faith and practice

Salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone

Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, born of a virgin, died for our sins, and rose bodily from the dead

The Holy Spirit indwells believers and empowers them for godly living

God exists as one God in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

Marriage is a covenant between one biological man and one biological woman, as established by God in Genesis 2:24 and affirmed throughout Scripture

Believers are called to live holy lives that honor God in all areas (family, business, relationships)

The complete Statement of Faith is provided during the application process. By becoming a Member, you affirm your agreement with these beliefs and commit to upholding them throughout your membership.

6. Code of Conduct

As Members of BreakthruPreneurs, we commit ourselves to live and lead in a manner worthy of the calling we have received in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 4:1). Our Code of Conduct reflects our desire to glorify God in all we do. By joining BreakthruPreneurs, you agree to the following standards:

6.1 Lead with Servant Leadership

We adopt the mindset of servant leadership, just as Christ came not to be served but to serve (Mark 10:45). Our words and actions will reflect integrity (keeping our word, honoring commitments), humility (serving others, not seeking glory for ourselves), and genuine love for one another (1 John 3:18).

6.2 Honor One Another in All Interactions

In all interactions, we will listen with patience (James 1:19), speak truth with grace (Ephesians 4:15), and seek to understand the hearts and stories of our brothers. We commit to honoring one another by never coveting clients or opportunities, but instead cheering each other on.

6.3 Embrace Growth Through Refinement

We welcome direct feedback with a posture of humility and teachability, knowing that correction received in love leads to wisdom (Proverbs 9:8-9). Iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). We give and receive accountability with love and honesty.

6.4 Show Up Consistently and Prepared

Attendance and participation are acts of honor to our brothers and to God. We will show up consistently (weekly meetings are non-negotiable unless providentially hindered), arrive on time (respecting others' time), and come fully prepared.

6.5 Practice Vulnerability and Transparency

We commit to being vulnerable and transparent about our relationship with Christ, our struggles, our victories, and our growth areas. Real men admit struggles. Real men ask for help. Real men don't wear masks.

6.6 Live a Culture of Generosity

We commit to a culture of generosity, paying forward what we've received by mentoring others, volunteering our time, and supporting causes that reflect the heart of God. We give freely our time, talents, and resources (2 Corinthians 9:11).

6.7 Pursue Physical Health and Spiritual Vitality

We pursue physical health and spiritual vitality as non-negotiables, honoring the temple of the Holy Spirit within us (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). We seek to be present, loving fathers and husbands who reflect Christ in our homes first.

6.8 Zero Tolerance for Misconduct

We are men of honor, husbands of integrity, and fathers of character. Any behavior that includes foul language or vulgarity, inappropriate jokes or sexual innuendo, bullying, intimidation, or threats, divisiveness or stirring up conflict, racism, sexism, or any form of discrimination will result in immediate removal without refund. We are called to reflect Jesus in all things (1 Peter 1:15-16).

7. Confidentiality (Sacred Trust)

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the BreakthruPreneurs community. What is shared in the group stays in the group. This sacred trust is essential for creating an environment where Members can be vulnerable about their businesses, families, marriages, finances, struggles, and spiritual journeys.

7.1 Confidential Information

All information shared within BreakthruPreneurs meetings, the Skool community platform, accountability partnerships, and any other BreakthruPreneurs communications is considered confidential. This includes but is not limited to:

Personal testimonies and struggles
