This is the foundation, and if it cracks, nothing above it holds. Most men have the order upside down and cannot understand why working harder is not fixing it.
God first
Not a religious checkbox. Scripture before email. Prayer that is not a transaction. Decisions run through what God has already said before they are run through a spreadsheet.
Health second
Your body is not a resource to spend on your business. It is what lets you serve anyone at all. Sleep, movement, and what you eat are not self-indulgence. They are stewardship.
I-Family third
Your wife, then your children. Present, not just providing. A man can pay for everything and still be absent, and his children will remember which one he chose.
Clients come fourth, and they get your best precisely because the first three are in order.
BUILD
Sustainable Business and Godly Financial Growth.
Build something that lasts and that runs on integrity, stewardship, and service rather than on how many hours you can survive.
Work on your business, not just in it
This is where the fifteen-point blueprint lives. Offer and pricing. Systems and operations. Marketing and sales. Financial management, cash flow, and knowing your real numbers. Hiring your first person and leading him well.
Principle-driven, not money-driven
Integrity over income. We deliver excellence, treat employees with dignity, and keep our word. When people deal with our businesses, they should encounter something different.
Give first, save second, live on the rest
Money is a tool God entrusted to you, and how you handle it says more about what you believe than what you say about it. We are stewards, not owners.

This is also why we are not a networking group and never will be. Business grows out of real relationships. It does not grow out of collecting cards.

Character alongside competence. Growth as a direction, not a destination you arrive at and stop.

Reading, teaching, being taught, and being corrected. Growth requires honesty about where you actually are.

Time, talents, and treasure, given to someone who cannot repay you.
Mentor a young man
For most men here it starts with mentoring a young man in the Mentees Program. Today's Mentees become tomorrow's members, and they mentor the ones behind them.
Serve as a family
It continues in service projects the whole family works on. A child who watches his father give up a Saturday for strangers learns something no lesson delivers.
Give on purpose
It shows up in how you give financially, planned rather than leftover. Generosity is not what we do with what remains. It is the first move.
