BreakthruPreneurs Group envisions a community where Married Businessmen with Children achieve a distributed lifestyle, balancing personal growth and professional success. Through the guidance of our 9 Pillars, we hope to provide the support and resources needed to thrive in every aspect of life. Fostering holistic well-being, strong family and friends relationships, and sustainable business growth.

OUR MISSION

BreakthruPreneurs Group is dedicated to bringing a "Distributed Lifestyle" to our Married Businessmen with Children (MBC) members, ensuring a balanced and fulfilling personal and professional life through our 9 Pillars.

Our mission is also to provide a supportive environment to empower our members to excel both personally and professionally utilizing a holistic approach to breakthrough and transform personal and professional lives by strengthen you first, family second, business third, and continue by creating a legacy of success, community involvement, and contribution that resonates through generations.

On a side note. Our ideal member & primary focus is on MBC; we welcome any married businessman with or without children, all we ask is that you are married and operate your business. 

  • MEET THE FOUNDER OF THE GROUP

    Lorenzo Zesati

  • MARRIED: My beautiful wife and I have been married since 2000 (Las Vegas) and married since 2004 through Golden Hills Community Church in Antioch, CA. We been through a lot and would love to share my lessons with the younger married individuals. Was raised Catholic till the age of 17 and I became a Christian under the direction of John MacArthur from Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, CA. Currently attend Sun Valley Community Church in Gilbert, AZ.

  • BUSINESSMAN: Started my company "TekkieTeks" in 1998 with the idea of being there for my wife and kids and supporting my clients with their IT and Cybersecurity needs.

  • CHILDREN: God has blessed my wife and I with three beautiful, talented, and great children. Our oldest is now attending college . Lots of lessons to share.

  • The Story of our "WHY"

    Over the years, I've seen many challenges affect my clients, family, friends, and community, which has inspired me to start the BreakthruPreneurs Group. Here’s why this group is so important:

    * Premature Loss:
    I've lost too many family, friends and clients too soon. These experiences have shown me how fragile life is and how important it is to take care of our health.

    * Divorces Due to Work and Unhealthy Habits:
    I've noticed that many divorces happen because people are working too much or not living healthy lifestyles. We need to find a better balance between work and personal life to build stronger, happier relationships.

    * Lack of Parental Involvement:
    I’ve seen too many parents not being involved in their children’s lives. This can have long-term negative effects on kids. We need to prioritize family time and create environments where parents are more engaged.

    * Financial Struggles:
    Many people struggle to provide financially for their families, leading to stress and instability. Our group will share resources, mentor, and apply strategies to help everyone achieve better financial security.

    * Inadequate Retirement Planning:
    A lot of people don’t have a plan for retirement, which can lead to financial difficulties later in life. We aim to educate and support our members in planning for a comfortable and secure retirement.

    * Lack of Time for Physical Activity: Finding time for exercise is a common problem. By incorporating fitness into our networking activities, we can promote both business success and personal health.

    * Eliminating Unnecessary Distractions:
    Our lives are full of distractions that can hurt our focus and productivity. We’ll work together to identify and eliminate these distractions, helping everyone achieve their goals more efficiently.

    * Overwhelming Challenges:
    The challenges we face can sometimes feel too big to handle alone. Our supportive community will help tackle these challenges together, finding effective solutions.

    * Encouraging Face-to-Face Interactions:
    In a world where we often communicate through screens, we’re losing the personal connection that comes from face-to-face interactions. Our group will encourage more in-person meetings to build stronger, more meaningful relationships.

    * Setting Positive Examples:
    It’s important to set a good example for our children, young people, and colleagues. By living with integrity, commitment, and excellence, we can inspire the next generation to do the same.

    Know, Like, and Trust

    Back when I was the "Leads" Director, we created the idea of knowing, liking, and then trusting each person we referred to. With BreakthruPreneurs I'm going to continue to do the same because BreakthruPreneurs is more than just a networking group. It's a group that foster a more personal touch to really "Know, Like, and Trust" each member first before conducting any business or getting referrals. Part our mission is to network & connect with a purpose and align our group values with our members and provide support for each other to grow personally and professionally. 

    By combining both professional and personal parts into one meeting this allows us to accomplish our mission of achieving a "Distributed Lifestyle". The first hour of the meeting focuses on the Professional Side, where we mostly on topics related to business growth. And then the second hour is focus personal growth as a Married Businessman with Children, where we focus on topics related to what married men go through and support the idea a distributed lifestyle versus working too much on the business. Topics related to both the Professional and Personal will be tailor around our 9 Pillars as explained below.

    Members Sharpening Members: 
    Each member will be giving a presentation on areas related to the 9 Pillars.

    Empowering Leadership: 
    Leadership within the group is based on empowering others, sharing knowledge, and facilitating growth without imposing views or directives.

    3 Stages of Our 9 Pillars

    For each Pillar listed below, our goal is to have our members share their stories on how each pillar has helped them. We will also have professional speakers speak on related to each pillar.

    Wellness

    This unit on health and wellness goes beyond just physical fitness (Pillar 2); it's about taking care of your whole self – your body, your mind, and even your spirit.


    You'll learn how exercise and good food keep you strong, and how practices like meditation can help you find peace and focus.

    We'll explore how having a purpose in life and strong connections with others contribute to your overall happiness. The goal is to help you find a healthy balance in all parts of your life so you can feel your best every day.

    Fitness

    This Pillar focuses on your physical health and how it's connected to your success.
    You'll learn that taking care of your body is just as important as taking care of your business.

    The Pilar will encourage you to exercise regularly, eat healthy, and pay attention to your appearance. It will also offer fitness activities like yoga and group runs that are suitable for all levels.

    The goal is to help you achieve a balance between your personal health and professional goals, so you can be a successful and healthy entrepreneur.

    I-Family

    This Pillar focuses on the importance of your immediate family - your spouse and children. It emphasizes that a strong and supportive family is key to your success, both personally and professionally. You'll learn how to work as a team with your spouse, make your marriage a priority, and be actively involved in your children's lives.

    This Pillar also encourages you to protect family time, set boundaries, and be a positive role model for your kids. It's all about creating a balanced and happy family life, which will ultimately contribute to your overall well-being and success as an entrepreneur.

    Business

    This Pillar focuses on your career and how to make it more fulfilling. It emphasizes that your job should be more than just a way to make money through enterprenuership and work - it should also bring you joy and a sense of purpose.

    You'll be encouraged to use your talents and skills to achieve success, both personally and professionally. This Pilar will also help you navigate the challenges of modern business, including technology and ethical practices.

    The overall goal is to help you create a successful and meaningful career that benefits both you and your community.

    E-Family/Friends

    This Pillar focuses on the importance of your extended family and friends.

    It emphasizes that these relationships are key to your happiness and success. You'll learn how to choose good friends, forgive past hurts, and build strong connections.

    This Pillar also encourages you to learn from your family and friends, and to support each other's growth.

    By nurturing these relationships, you'll create a strong support network that will enrich your life and help you achieve your goals.

    Leisure

    This Pillar focuses on balancing work and play. It emphasizes the importance of taking breaks, relaxing, and having fun with family and friends.

    It encourages regular social events and gatherings, and offers tips for planning affordable family activities.

    By participating in these activities, you can reduce stress, improve your overall happiness, and strengthen your relationships with family and friends.

    This Pillar aims to create a supportive and enjoyable community where everyone can balance their professional life with a fulfilling personal life.

    Financial/Wealth Management

    This Pillar focuses on help managing your money wisely and build wealth. It teaches you to prioritize giving & saving before spending & to live within your means.

    You'll learn about investments, real estate, and other financial topics. The goal is to help you achieve financial independence & stability, and to support you in overcoming any debt challenges you may face.

    This Pillar also encourages collaboration and offers resources to help you make informed financial decisions and plan for the future.

    Overall, it aims to empower you to achieve financial wellness and prosperity.

    Education/Mental

    This Pillar focuses on the importance of never stopping learning. It emphasizes that continuing to learn new things is crucial for success in both your personal and professional life.

    This Pillar also encourages you to take care of your mental health and to develop your creativity.

    This Pillar focuses on giving back to your community. It emphasizes that helping others is important for both personal and professional growth.
