Your Revenue Determines Your Room, Not Your Worth

A twelve-month build for married Christian businessmen whose business is not there yet. The goal is to cross $100,000 in annual revenue and graduate into Mastermind or Brotherhood.

Why this exists

Nobody Built This Door

We meet married Christian businessmen constantly who share our faith, share our priority order, and share our hunger, but whose business is doing forty thousand a year, or seventy, or launched eight months ago.

Putting that man in a hot seat with men doing two million does not serve him. He gets advice built for a stage he has not reached, and the room spends its time on problems the other eleven solved a decade ago.

But telling him to come back when he is bigger is exactly what the church and the business world already do to him. That is not brotherhood.

The format

Twelve Months, a Sponsor, and a Number

DP members are full brothers, not junior members, and we never speak about them that way.

A flat $150 a month for the twelve-month term.

  • The Brotherhood meeting every two weeks, in the same online room as men doing two million, because a man building toward $100,000 needs to hear how they think, pray, and decide
  • Your own build session every two weeks, ninety minutes, capped at ten men, hands on keyboards
  • An assigned sponsor, a married Christian businessman who meets with you monthly, reviews your numbers, opens his network where it fits, and prays with you
  • A peer accountability partner in the same season
  • The Foundations track of the Business Technology Architect's Blueprint, the part that matters at your stage
  • One guest hot seat in a Mastermind cohort during your twelve months
  • Quarterly workshops, men's outings, and family gatherings, same as everyone
The twelve-month curriculum

Four Quarters, Mapped to the Five Pillars

Results depend on your execution. We do not promise revenue. We do give you a map and men who will ask how it is going.

Quarter 1: Rooted and Ready

  • The priority order in practice: morning Scripture, a health baseline, a calendar audit
  • The conversation with your wife, so your marriage is aligned on the build before you build
  • Financial baseline: personal budget, business budget, separate accounts, your actual numbers
  • Business model clarity: what you sell, to whom, at what price, and why they buy

Target: know your true annual run rate and set your twelve-month number

Quarter 2: Build the Base

  • Offer definition and packaging
  • Pricing without apology, and charging what the work is worth
  • Your first ten clients: where they come from and how you ask
  • A simple website, a working client list, and a simple sales conversation

Target: a defined path to $25,000 to $50,000 annualized

Quarter 3: Systems and Stewardship

  • Delivery systems and documented process
  • True job costing and knowing your margin
  • Cash flow management and a ninety-day forecast
  • Your first hire or contractor, and leading one person well
  • Your guest hot seat in a Mastermind cohort

Target: a defined path to $50,000 to $75,000 annualized

Quarter 4: Traction and Transition

  • A consistent sales rhythm and pipeline discipline
  • A referral engine built on know, like, and trust
  • The $100,000 plan and the twelve months after it
  • Legacy planning: what this business is for

Target: a $100,000 annual run rate

The build session

What Happens in That Room

  1. 1Opening prayer and Scripture, led by a DP member, rotating
  2. 2The number on the board. Each man says his trailing twelve-month run rate and the one number he is moving this month. No commentary, no apologizing.
  3. 3One Journey Step taught, practically
  4. 4The build block. Hands on keyboards, working on the thing just taught, in the room. Nobody leaves with a note to do it later.
  5. 5A two-man clinic, seven minutes each, on the obstacle actually blocking a number
  6. 6Three actions and closing prayer

Rules of the room

  • Real numbers or no numbers. A man who will not say his revenue out loud cannot be helped here, and every other man in the room is doing it.
  • No comparison. Ten men at ten stages. The only comparison that matters is a man against his own last quarter.
  • Sponsors share their own early failures before they give advice.
  • What is said about a man's finances stays in the room.
  • We never call these men junior members, and we never speak about them that way to anyone.
Graduation

The Finish Line

At twelve months, one of four things happens.

  • You crossed $100,000 and live near a cohort city with a seat open. You step into Mastermind.

  • You crossed $100,000 and either live elsewhere or this season cannot hold a weekly commitment. You continue in Brotherhood at the same rate you were already paying.

  • You did not cross it, but the trajectory is real and the effort is undeniable. Six-month extension, same rate, granted once.

  • God is clearly directing elsewhere, or the season changed, or the business is not working. We pause your membership, keep you on the prayer chain, and invite you to family gatherings. Nobody gets shown the door here.

Graduation is celebrated publicly. A man crossing $100,000 after twelve months of faithful work is exactly the kind of win this movement exists to produce.

Sponsored Seats

Any member may sponsor a DP seat for a man who has the heart but not yet the margin. Sponsorships are arranged through the leadership team and can be anonymous.
