MASTERMIND MEETING - Weekly
Two hours in person with the same twelve men every week, where you bring one real business problem and leave with a defined next step. Confidential, members only, never recorded.
BP MEETING - Every Two Weeks
Sixty to ninety minutes online with every member across every cohort, featuring a member speaker, an invited guest, or a Five Pillars teaching. Guests are welcome, which is where most men start.
Private Community - Online
Where the week actually happens between meetings, with your accountability commitment posted, a brother following up on it, and business questions answered without waiting seven days.
Family Gatherings - Weekend
Regular weekend gatherings with wives and children, plus quarterly workshops and occasional men's outings. Always optional, and built so your family knows the men you are building with.

From the Projects to Purpose
Meet Lorenzo Zesati
Lorenzo grew up in the East Los Angeles projects with an abusive, alcoholic father who threatened him for playing baseball. He climbed junkyard fences before sunrise to find balls and hid his equipment so no one would find it. At fourteen he had to physically defend himself. He decided that normal ends with him.
But Lorenzo decided, "This normal ends with me."
He came to Christ at seventeen, married Michelle in 2000, and has spent twenty-eight years building businesses while staying physically and emotionally present for his three children. He started BreakthruPreneurs because he has watched too many faithful men lose their health, their marriage, or their walk with God while the business looked successful from the outside.
He started BreakthruPreneurs because he saw too many decent men, faithful husbands, and loving fathers quietly lose their walk with God, health, and marriages, while their businesses appeared successful from the outside. He is convinced there is a better way to build, and he is only willing to teach what he is living himself.
He has over twenty-eight years of experience in business. Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Board member of the Inventors Association of Arizona. I have been leading a weekly men's group since 2022.
