How it works

How BreakthruPreneurs Works

From the first call to your first meeting, here is exactly what happens. The path is the same for all four doors. No surprises, no pressure, and nobody chasing you.

The path

Seven Steps

  1. 1

    Call, text, or email us

Tell us who you are, what you are building, and which door you think fits. Call or text 602.456.7632, or email [email protected]. There is nothing to fill out first.

  2. 2

    A conversation

Lorenzo or a leader talks with you for twenty to thirty minutes, usually within one business day. Expect to be asked what is actually hard right now, and expect there to be room for that answer.

  3. 3

    Sit in on a meeting

Free, as our guest. Arrive ten to fifteen minutes early for introductions. You will sign a short confidentiality agreement at the door, because you are going to hear real numbers and real struggles in your first hour.

  4. 4

    Come back a second time

Also free. One visit tells you what the room looks like. Two tells you whether it is yours.

  5. 5

    Apply

We email you the application for your door, or walk through it with you in person. It includes references and a background disclosure, because our community includes minors and our gatherings include families. Your wife's acknowledgment is part of it too.

  6. 6

    Acceptance

Payment starts here and not before. Nothing is charged for applying.

  7. 7

Onboarding and your first thirty days

Your fifteen-point business assessment, your accountability partner, community access, and your first meeting. Thirty days in, a leader checks on you personally. Not a survey. A conversation.

What a meeting looks like

Inside the Room

Every meeting follows the same shape, and the shape is the point.

Two hours for Mastermind. Sixty to ninety minutes for Brotherhood. Same shape, different room.

  1. 1Opening prayer and Scripture. We start with God because that is the order.
  2. 2Wins and learns. Every man, one minute. Both count.
  3. 3Accountability. You said you would do something. You get asked.
  4. 4A pillar taught. One of five, in rotation, always practical.
  5. 5The hot seat. The room turns fully toward one man and his hardest problem.
  6. 6Circles of three. Where the things that do not get said in a group of twelve get said.
  7. 7Commitments out loud. Specific enough that you cannot fake it next time.
  8. 8Closing prayer, and gratitude.
What we ask of you

What This Costs You Beyond Money

  • Show up

Consistently, and tell someone when you cannot.

  • Tell the truth

About your marriage, your numbers, and what you did not do.

  • Do what you said

Or say plainly that you did not.

  • Keep confidence

What is said in the room stays in the room, including from your wife.

  • Serve somebody

Mentor a young man, sponsor a seat, or take a role. P5 is not optional here.

  • That is the whole list

It is short and it is not easy.

Why we check

References and a Background Disclosure

Our community includes minors and our gatherings include families. So every applicant gives references and a background disclosure, and every adult who mentors a young man is background checked before his first meeting.

We hold one another accountable in love, always seeking restoration over punishment and grace over condemnation.
