The Brotherhood and the Four Doors
What is BreakthruPreneurs, in one sentence?
A Christ-centered brotherhood for married Christian businessmen with children who want a business that honors God, protects their health, keeps them present with their wife and children, and still grows.
What are the four doors?
Mastermind meets weekly in person in Gilbert and North Scottsdale. Brotherhood meets online every two weeks, anywhere in the United States. The Developmental Program is a twelve-month build for men under $100,000 or in their first two years. The Mentees Program is for young men sixteen until marriage. Compare the four doors.
What does it cost?
Mastermind is $300 a month, or $3,000 a year with two months free. Brotherhood is $150 a month, or $1,500 a year. The Developmental Program is $150 a month for a twelve-month term. Mentees is $75 a month, or $750 a year.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Your first two meetings are free, with no obligation. Nothing is charged for applying, and payment begins only after acceptance.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel with thirty days notice. If you paid annually and leave early, we hold one month for administration and prorate the rest.
How often do you meet?
Mastermind is weekly, two hours, in person. Brotherhood is every two weeks, sixty to ninety minutes, online. The Developmental Program is every two weeks, ninety minutes. Days and times are sent after acceptance because we are still testing what serves our men best.
How many men are in a cohort?
Twelve. A chapter is four cohorts, forty-eight men, in one city. When a chapter fills, we open the next city rather than packing more men into a room.
What if I do not live in Arizona?
Brotherhood is your door and it is open to married Christian businessmen with children anywhere in the United States. You get the same pillar rotation in the same month, a real accountability partner, full community access, and every in-person gathering is open to you whenever you are willing to travel.
My business is under $100,000. Am I out?
No. That is the Developmental Program, a twelve-month build with an assigned sponsor aimed at crossing $100,000 and graduating into Mastermind or Brotherhood. Your revenue determines your room, not your worth.
Do I have to be a father?
We prefer men who are fathers, and that is the founder's own mission. Married Christian businessmen without children are welcome under the same terms. Our teaching, our calendar, and our family gatherings are built around men with children at home, and you should know that going in.
What if I am divorced or widowed?
Do not stop there. That is a conversation with our leadership team, not a form decision, and we would rather have it with you than let a checkbox make it.
Is this a networking group?
No, and we are strict about it. No business cards change hands in the meeting. No promotion from the front, including from guest speakers. Business grows out of real relationships, not out of collecting contacts, and the moment a room becomes transactional it stops being able to do anything else.
How much of this is religious?
We are unapologetically Christian and we do not soften it. We pray together, we open Scripture, and we talk about building a business that honors God. Our Statement of Faith is on the Our Story page and every member affirms it.
What is the time commitment beyond the meeting?
An accountability partner, thirty to sixty minutes. A family gathering quarterly, optional. A workshop quarterly, optional. And whatever you commit to doing in your own business between meetings, which is the part that actually costs something.
Will you try to sell me consulting?
The blueprint is included with membership and you can work the whole thing yourself with your accountability partner and the community, never spending a dollar beyond your membership. If you want implementation done for you, that is a separate conversation that happens outside the meeting room. Members should never feel the brotherhood is a funnel.
Do I have to bring my wife to anything?
No. Family gatherings are optional. We do ask her to acknowledge the application, because a man who joins a brotherhood about family presence without telling his wife what it costs has already contradicted the thing he came for.
What if it is not a fit?
Two free meetings first, and no obligation. If it is not for you, we will shake your hand and mean it.
The Mentees Program
How old do I have to be?
Sixteen, until you get married. There is no upper age cutoff. Marriage is the milestone, not a birthday.
What does the Mentees Program cost?
Seventy-five dollars a month, or $750 a year with two months free. Scholarships are available and a member can sponsor a seat. Nobody committed is turned away over money.
How often do Mentees meet?
Every two weeks, ninety minutes. In person where a cohort exists and online everywhere else.
Do I need a business idea already?
No. Some guys come with one. Others join to work out what they want to build. The MT2 Foundational track is designed for exactly that.
What is the difference between the two tracks?
MT2 Foundational is for a guy still working out direction or just starting. MT1 Elite is for a guy already making money with clients and active marketing. You can move up, and it is a real milestone when you do. MT1 guys teach the MT2 guys, and that is expected rather than optional.
Is faith required?
We are openly Christian. We pray together and talk about building a life and a business that honor God. You do not need your faith worked out to join. You do need to be comfortable in a room where it is taken seriously.
What happens when a Mentee marries?
He graduates. If he owns a business, he is eligible for Mastermind, Brotherhood, or the Developmental Program, and his years here count as his interview history. If he does not own a business, he is welcomed into Legacy Men.
How do you keep young men safe?
Every adult is background checked before his first meeting and re-screened every two years. No adult is ever alone with a minor. No private messaging with anyone under eighteen. No image used without your separate written consent. A named safeguarding lead you can contact directly. Our full standards are on the Safeguarding page.
Can a parent come to a session?
Any session, unannounced, without asking first. You also receive the calendar.
What does a parent sign?
Part 3 of the application if he is under eighteen. It covers emergency contact, medical information, who may pick him up, how we may communicate with him, and whether an adult leader may transport him. The photo release is entirely separate and entirely optional, and declining it changes nothing.
What if my son needs more help than a mentor can give?
Our mentors are businessmen, not counselors, and they are trained not to pretend otherwise. If something comes up beyond a mentor, he brings it to the safeguarding lead the same day, we bring it to you, and we hand you the name of a qualified Christian counselor.
Can I pull him out?
At any time, for any reason, without explaining yourself to us.
My son is not sure he wants to come. Should I push?
Invite him to one meeting as a guest and let the room do the work. A young man who is dropped off against his will does not engage, and we would rather he chose it.
