Online Brotherhood. Real-Life Family Connection.
Quarterly weekend gatherings where wives and children are genuinely welcome, not tolerated. A brotherhood your family wants to be part of.
Why We Do This
We ask our men to keep God first, their health second, their wife and children third, and their clients fourth. If their families never meet this brotherhood, the brotherhood becomes one more thing competing with the family instead of serving it.
So four times a year we get everyone together. There is no agenda, no teaching, and no business conducted. The connection is the content.
"Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it."
Proverbs 22:6
Four Rotating Formats
Backyard and table
Barbecues, potlucks, game nights, and holiday gatherings. Low structure, high connection. Kids run around. Wives talk. Men stop performing.
Outdoors and active
Hikes, fitness challenges, and outdoor adventures, always scaled so a family with a five year old and a family with teenagers can both come.
Serve together
A service project the whole family works. Food bank, church workday, neighborhood cleanup, or a family in a hard season. A child who watches his father give up a Saturday for strangers is learning something no lesson delivers.
Celebrate
Honoring wives, recognizing children, and marking milestones. Children share short words about how Dad has changed. Nothing else on our calendar holds a man accountable like his own child describing the difference.
Who Is There
Mastermind members and their families. Brotherhood members and their families whenever they are willing to travel, and many plan a trip or two a year around these. Mentees and their parents where it fits.
Guests are welcome. A man's family meeting our families is one of the most honest introductions we have.
Gatherings are held around Gilbert and North Scottsdale, Arizona. Dates and locations are sent to members by email.
We count households, not men. A gathering with twelve men is fine. A gathering with twelve families is the point.
How we run them
- Every gathering has a named owner, a host family, a food lead, and someone who plans for the children first
- We ask about dietary needs and accessibility in the RSVP, not on the day
- We never schedule against church or a family's protected time
- No business promotion. If two men want to talk shop, that is a separate conversation
This Is Not the Thing Competing for Your Husband
The whole point of this brotherhood is to help him put God first, protect his health, and stay present with you and your children. The order we teach is God first, his health second, you and your children third, and his clients fourth. This brotherhood is not on that list at all. It exists to help him keep it.
These gatherings are where you meet the men he meets with, see how they treat their families, and decide for yourself whether this room is good for your home. You are welcome at every one.
Bring Your Family to Meet the Room
The easiest way to see what this brotherhood is? Meet the families in it. Call or text, or send an email, and we will tell you about the next gathering.
[email protected]. Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday, 8:00am to 1:00pm, Arizona time. Closed Sunday.
