Mentorship for Young Christian Entrepreneurs
Ages sixteen until you marry. Real skills, real mentors, real brothers. Not a class, not homework, and not another lecture.
Faith is welcomed and cultivated, but it is not required at entry. For some young men, this room is where they meet Christ.
You Are Not Weird for Wanting More
You do not know whether to go to college, start something, take a job, or learn a trade. Everybody has an opinion and none of them have built what you want to build.
Underneath that is the harder part. You can have a thousand people who follow you and not one person who would notice if you went quiet for a week. Most guys your age have no adult man outside their own family who knows their name and expects something of them.
You have tried YouTube and podcasts. Information is not guidance, and a video cannot hold you accountable. What you need is a room with men in it, where showing up gets noticed and not showing up gets asked about.
Two Tracks, One Brotherhood
In 2025 we started with five young men. Three of them started their own businesses. Two learned what they did not want to pursue, which saved them years of walking the wrong direction. As some of them started making real money, they told us the general meetings were not enough anymore. So we built two tracks.
You are at the beginning
You are working out your direction, or you are just getting started. You are not behind. This room is built for that. A twelve-month cycle:
- Quarter 1, Identity and Discipline: who you are in Christ, morning routine, physical training, sleep, phone discipline, honoring your parents
- Quarter 2, Character and Communication: integrity, keeping your word, how to shake a hand, speak to an adult, write a professional email, and interview
- Quarter 3, Money and Work: how money actually works, budgeting, saving, giving, avoiding debt, your first job or first customer
- Quarter 4, First Build: validating an idea, testing an offer, making your first ten dollars of profit, telling your story
You are already making money
You have clients and you are actively marketing. Fast paced, high accountability, and nobody is going to re-explain the fundamentals. A twelve-month cycle:
- Quarter 1, Traction: current numbers, offer clarity, pricing, time management under real load
- Quarter 2, Revenue: sales conversations, outreach, closing, handling rejection, delivering excellently
- Quarter 3, Systems: documenting your process, tools, your first contractor or employee, protecting your reputation
- Quarter 4, Scale and Stewardship: growth planning, biblical finance for young men, mentoring the MT2 guys behind you, preparing for marriage
You can move up. Consistent revenue, a real client base, active marketing, and your mentor's recommendation. Moving from MT2 to MT1 is a real milestone and we treat it like one.
MT1 guys coach the MT2 guys. That is expected, not optional. Teaching is how you actually master something, and it is how you start living P5 before you can afford to give money.
What Every Mentee Gets
- 1The Mentee meeting every two weeks, ninety minutes. Tracks meet separately, with a few combined sessions each year.
- 2A matched mentor, a background-checked married Christian businessman, based on your business interest. You meet monthly, and he checks in between.
- 3A peer accountability partner your own age, in the same track.
- 4Skill-building you can use this week: finding your first customer, pricing, money, and talking to an adult without being awkward.
- 5Select events with the men: workshops, service projects, and family gatherings.
- 6Visits to real businesses, expos, and conferences.
- 7Emotional intelligence, which sounds soft until you realize it is the thing that decides everything else.
What the First Five Mentees Told Us
- 7.8Program value, average out of 10
- 3 of 5Founding Mentees started their own business
- 100%Said they look forward to coming to meetings
- 100%Wanted the program to continue
Highest-rated elements, on a scale of 1 to 5: group discussion 4.8, working on their businesses 4.2, accountability check-ins 4.0, opening prayer 3.8. Two of five learned what they did not want to pursue.
The loudest feedback across every response was a request for more accountability. Not more content. More accountability. That single insight shaped everything about how this program now runs.
What It Costs
Seventy-five dollars a month, or $750 a year with two months free. Scholarships are available and a member can sponsor your seat. No young man who is committed is turned away over money.
Year one was free. Charging was the Mentees' own idea, on a principle they had been taught all year: when you pay, you pay attention.
How We Keep You Safe
Every adult who serves this program is background checked before his first meeting and re-screened every two years. No adult is ever alone with a minor. No private messaging with anyone under eighteen. A named safeguarding lead that any Mentee or parent can go to directly.

Married and a business owner: he is eligible for Mastermind, Brotherhood, or the Developmental Program, depending on revenue and location, and his years in the program count as his interview history.
Married and not a business owner: he is welcomed into Legacy Men. Graduation is marked publicly. We want every sixteen-year-old in the room to watch a young man he knows walk into a marriage, a business, and a brotherhood that is still holding him.
You Are Not Meant to Figure This Out Alone
The guys who make it are not smarter than you. They had somebody in their corner pushing them, teaching them, and believing in them before they believed in themselves. Young men and parents can also email [email protected].
[email protected]. Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday, 8:00am to 1:00pm, Arizona time. Closed Sunday.
